Rihanna is the queen of pregnancy reveals.

The singer/designer used the 2025 Met Gala on May 5 to announce that she and partner A$AP Rocky are expecting their third child together. They are parents to son, RZA, who turns 3 this month, and daughter, Riot, 21 months.

Street photographer Miles Diggs, who has long worked with Rihanna, snapped glam photos of her wearing a light-blue, form-fitting ensemble that showcased her pregnancy as she walked under an umbrella-ella-ella to the fashion event held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

Diggs, popularly known as “Diggzy,” captioned one of his Instagram photo posts (that has since been deleted): “THE MOM-ENT.” Shortly after, Rocky, a cochair at this year’s gala, accepted congratulations to the news on the red carpet.

“It feels amazing,” he told reporters. “It’s time that we show the people what we was cooking up. And I’m glad everybody’s happy for us ‘cause we definitely happy, you know.”

Rihanna and Rocky have a history of internet-breaking pregnancy unveilings — and Diggs previously helped them in one instance.

In January 2022, Rihanna and Rocky did a photo shoot with Diggs in Harlem, where she debuted her pregnancy for the first time. She wore low jeans and a pink Chanel puffer coat that was open to show her bare belly.

The couple held hands and he sweetly kissed her forehead in the photo series, snapped during a wintry walk in the neighborhood where he grew up. After an especially stylish pregnancy, they welcomed RZA on May 13, 2022.

In 2023, Rihanna made a last-minute decision to announce her second pregnancy during her epic Super Bowl halftime show.

Outfitted in a red, skin-tight outfit, she rubbed her stomach and set social media off. After the show, her reps confirmed the news, and baby Riot was born in August 2023.

Rihanna later said the Super Bowl news was announced out of necessity when she couldn’t hide her growing belly in her wardrobe.

“I did what I had to do, right?” she told Access Hollywood. “My jumper couldn’t zip up. No one knew I was pregnant. I just told my stylist, ‘Make sure it’s stretchy.’ So the undergarment was stretchy, and [the jacket] was baggy, but, you know, the zip, it just stopped right there, so it had to be what it had to be.”
